Amanda Williams, RN, Clinic Manager 

Amanda lives in Farmerville, LA with her husband of over 12 years along with their 3 children: Paige, Carson & Carlee. As a mother to twins and a full time nurse at Seasons, Amanda is always on the go! She enjoys anything that involves family time especially if it is by the pool or lake. Amanda graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Louisiana Tech University. When she is not caring for patients or devoting time to her family, Amanda enjoys cooking. Her greatest fear? spiders! The accomplishment she is most proud of? Her family of 5!

Valerie Costanza, RD

Valerie received her Bachelor and a Master degree from Louisiana Tech in Nutrition and Dietetics. She loves being outdoors and playing with her labradoodle, Leilah. Avid runner, Registered Dietician, wife to Sam and now she has a new title: mom to Amelia Claire. Valerie is an advocate for leading a healthy lifestyle. Eating healthy and staying active is her passion and encourages those around her to follow suit! Her favorite job as a teenager? Working at the Cucuzza Squash Farm.

Sarah Gisclair, RN

A Ruston native, Sarah received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Northwestern State. For Sarah, family is the most important part of her life.  She is happily married to Jason, whom she met on a blind date, and mother to Ella Grace. Sarah and her husband are New Orleans Saints super fans. They are season ticket holders and make the 5 hour drive to New Orleans for every home game! Geaux Saints!

Heather Busby, Client Relations Specialist

Heather moved to Ruston from Winnsboro to attend Louisiana Tech University. After graduating college with a B.A. in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, Heather married her high school sweetheart, Derek. Heather and Derek currently live in Ruston with their yorkie, Ryley and their new son Bryce. Heather’s idea of a perfect day would include spending time with family surrounded by water – lake, pool, river, or beach!

Lauren Derveloy, Client Relations Specialist

Lauren is originally from Slidell, La. but relocated to Ruston in 2010 with her husband, Evan. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance Education from The University of Southern Mississippi. Fitness fanatics, Lauren and her husband enjoy exercising, eating healthy and doing CrossFit. Lauren’s passion for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and sweet demeanor make her a delight to be around. Fun facts about Lauren: she is the coach for the Louisiana Tech Regal Blues dance team, a certified CrossFit trainer, and a diehard Saints fan.
